I'm very pleased with Yyc Cloud9 Cleaning. They do an excellent and thorough job, and they're punctual. Peter is very friendly and professional. I got before and after photos of some areas they cleaned, and never realized how dirty some areas were. Highly recommended!

I am super picky with how I clean, and Peter and his crew came recommended from a friend who uses them regularly. They did an amazing job! It was their first time in our house so it took them a bit longer than expected because they didn't know exactly what they were walking into and we have pets with a lot of hair, but he communicated with me how much extra time they would need before going ahead with the extra time.
They went above and beyond what I thought they would, and it was so nice to come home to everything looking so great! It made it a lot easier to stay on top of keeping it clean once they did their little deep clean for us. I highly recommend Peter and his team!

Yyc Cloud9 Cleaning was able to fit me in on short notice. Their communication skills are outstanding. They are punctual and great with pets! They even sent me before and after pictures of the job. They are super affordable, and I highly recommend this team! Can't wait to book them in next time! Thanks Cloud9!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. My son was going through a really hard time and his house had become extremely dirty and cluttered. I explained that I was temporarily looking after his dogs and really needed to get them back home as soon as possible.
They rearranged their schedule and came in right away to help us. They were kind, understanding, non-judgmental and worked incredibly hard.
The before and after was unbelievable. When they were finished, it actually looked and felt like a home again. I can’t explain what a relief that was.
Thank you for showing our family so much compassion and for going above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend them.

From my first interaction with Peter, YYC Cloud9 cleaning has been exceptional. There is full communication to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for and that the correct expectations are set. The cleaning job that was done was phenomenal in fact it is the best I have had in all my experiences with cleaning services. When I came home they had gone above and beyond with not one thing needing to be corrected while in my previous experiences with other companies there was always something and even in some cases so much so they needed to come back.
The pricing is also great, very competitive but they do not compromise on quality and satisfaction!!The staff are also just as amazing as Peter when it comes to communication and their work.
Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend, I already booked another cleaning and will be going with monthly visits moving forward
Thank you so much!!
