Providing Everything You Need

The Begining

Feeling overwhelmed by the condition of a home? You don't need to clean before we arrive.

YYC Cloud9 provides private, respectful hoarding and extreme-cleaning services throughout Calgary. Whether you're reaching out for yourself, a family member, a tenant or an estate, our goal is not to judge the situation — it's to create a practical plan for getting the home safe, clean and manageable again.

We don't walk in and start throwing everything away. What stays, what goes and what requires disposal is discussed as part of the project before work begins.

Know What to Expect Before We Begin

Every hoarding cleanup is different. These levels help us understand the condition of the home, the amount of removal required, and the type of cleaning and safety precautions needed.

Level 3 is the highest level YYC Cloud9 Cleaning accepts. If we believe the property may involve significant mould, drug contamination, chemicals, structural hazards, or another condition outside our scope, we’ll assess it first and let you know before any work is scheduled.

You do not need to decide your own level before contacting us. Photos, video, or a private walkthrough will help us determine the scope and provide a flat-rate project quote.

Our goal is not perfection — it’s to restore the home to a safe, functional and livable condition.

What to Expect From a Hoarding Cleanup Project

Every home is different, which is why hoarding cleanups are planned as individual projects rather than regular cleaning appointments.

What happens to belongings and items being removed?

Before work begins, the client or authorized representative must review and sign a disposal authorization agreement.

This gives our team clear direction about what can be removed and disposed of during the project. We do not automatically throw belongings away simply because they are located within a cluttered area.

Items that may be contaminated or no longer reasonably recoverable will be discussed as part of the project assessment and disposal plan.

Our goal is to make the process clear and comfortable while protecting important belongings wherever reasonably possible.

How quickly can a hoarding cleanup be booked?

Hoarding cleanups are advance-booked projects, not regular single-day cleaning appointments.

Depending on the size and condition of the home, the project may require multiple cleaners, several hours or multiple cleaning days to complete safely and effectively.

After reviewing photos, video or completing a private walkthrough, we will prepare a flat-rate project quote and determine the time and team required.

Whenever possible, we recommend contacting us several weeks before the cleanup is needed.

How do I get started?

You don't need to know your cleanup level, prepare the home or clean anything before contacting us.

Start by requesting a Private Assessment. We may ask for photos or video first, followed by a walkthrough if needed.

From there, we'll determine whether the project falls within our scope, create a cleanup plan and provide a flat-rate quote.
